Where has the summer gone???

After taking some time off to be with our families,

We are back in action here at K.D.'s treehouse!

And we're sure Craig from UPS is glad he is on vacation because we are keeping his temporary replacement busy, busy, busy!  This week and next we are expecting shipments from not one, not two, but THREE new companies and we are thrilled!

GREEN TOYS should be here any day now just arrived! Made in the U.S.A. from recycled milk jugs (BPA, phthalate and lead free) these toys and feeding accessories are so durable, colorful and not to mention affordable that it makes doing something thoughtful for the environment so simple!  

After a long search for what we felt to be the most environmentally friendly, utilitarian diaper bag, we finally came across bags from GO GAGA.  Since their introduction in 2007, the bags have gained a celebrity following, not that that would ever sway your decision, and a lot of great press including features in Fit Pregnancy, Pregnancy & Newborn, and baby couture.  From their website:

Bags made from recycled materials in each of the three styles are offered in Eggplant and Sea Blue and will be available at K.D.'s treehouse in the coming weeks, as will the colorful teethers and glass bottles from LIFE FACTORY... We can't wait to hear what you all think!
